Nice stay on vacation, loved location and staff. We got an outstanding room with comfortable beds.

The hotel was fairly clean, I liked it.

Knowledgeable staff, traditional breakfast, favourable location near other restaurants, the arena.

Loved the place, had a such great stay for two nights. Plenty of food at continental breakfast including cereal and yogurt to order.

The stuff where affable and efficient made my stay really really nice. Lots of food for breakfast, it was savoury. The hotel had an unbeatable location near Art Gallery.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and fairly clean with a good bar. Nice service, even though a few employees were horrible. They offered us great meals, had plenty of options to choose from. Actually everything was great, our next choice again in Nashville.

Staff and location were amazing, I liked it. The breakfast had plenty of options: cereal and yogurt.

In my suite I had a sofa bed, central heating and an iron;))

What an incredible stay, no complains at all. Top rated and neat place, everything was excellent. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown Nashville district. The music bar was excellent and the staff were consistently courteous! When it was warm outside we relaxed by its great pool.

Liked staff and rooms. Lots of supplies in the room: climate control, flat-screen television and terrace. The pool was very clean and the garden - quiet. Only 10 min walk to downtown. There were some large restaurants.

Very very good stay, as always. Tidy and perfect room, prime position. Our room had a really comfy bed and a really lovely view. So clean hotel, outstanding service.

The bed was perfect, staff was helpful. Hotel's driver was top! Don't forget to dine at Kayne Prime Steakhouse, it's within 15 minutes walk or so, we loved it.

it was in general a great experience. we were able to visit ryman auditorium that was in front of the hotel.
